A glow sign earns its cost after sunset. The face is printed on a translucent media so light passes through evenly rather than showing bright spots, and the housing is built deep enough that the LED modules sit at the right distance behind it. Get that spacing wrong and the board shows a visible grid of hot spots at night.
We build the housing sealed against rain and dust, run the wiring through a gland rather than a drilled hole, and fit a driver rated with headroom so it is not running at its limit through a Punjab summer.

Questions we get asked
Why does my old glow sign have bright patches?
Usually the light source sits too close to the face, or modules have failed unevenly. A deeper housing and a correctly spaced LED layout fixes it. We can often re-light an existing housing rather than rebuild the whole board.
How much electricity does a glow sign use?
Far less than the older tube-lit boards. LED modules on a properly sized driver bring the running cost down substantially, which usually pays back the difference within the first couple of years.
